Section 69
Rate of court fee
If a claim is made as per section 68 or if the claim is omitted, the court fee will be charged at the following rate based on the value or number of the claim:-
(a) Five hundred rupees for the first up to twenty five thousand rupees,
(b) If it is up to fifty thousand rupees, for the second up to twenty five thousand at the rate of one hundred and five,
(c) If it is up to one lakh rupees, the third for up to fifty thousand rupees at the rate of one hundred and three tens and five times,
(d) If it is up to five lakh rupees, the fourth for up to four lakh rupees at the rate of two hundredths,
(e) if it is up to twenty five lakh rupees, the fifth for up to twenty lakh rupees at the rate of one hundred and ten thousand five,
(f) Above twenty five lakh rupees at the rate of one hundred and one for any higher number.
